By placing an order with Eyespie.ByShiv, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products
All items sold are handmade and may have slight variations in colour, size, or texture compared to photos shown. These variations are part of the charm of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
3. Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the postal/courier service used. Eyespie.ByShiv is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Lost & Damaged Items
Once items have been handed over to the postal or courier service, Eyespie.ByShiv cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or misdelivery that occurs during transit. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option where available.
5. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. While we are not liable for mail damage, we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the item has not already been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Eyespie.ByShiv. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
